The Crimson Web is an ancient system for orbital storage. It forfeits life support in most areas and any kind of protection or combat capabilities in favor of cost, it is essentially a network of interconnected storage units without a protective hull. Despite its vulnerability, it is popular with trade station managers who cannot afford a fortified space station.

It does not have any propulsion as such, but comes with a pusher/connector unit powered by a small vessel drive, which moves individual parts in position and interlinks them. Despite a highly advanced control logic, overall movement speed and range is very low.
